Can the regulatory information on the website go out of date?
Yes. Rules from LHDN (Inland Revenue Board, LHDN/IRBM), SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia), KWSP, PERKESO and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department change from time to time. The e-Invoice exemption threshold and SSM's audit exemption thresholds have both changed in recent years.

The actual bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, financial statements, payroll calculation, payslips and related work are carried out by partner professional bookkeeping and accounting teams. Tax computation and filing for Form C, Form B, CP204 and similar are handled by partner licensed tax agents and quoted separately. Audit, company secretary services and SSM annual filings are also not part of the bookkeeping plans.
Enquiries you submit through this website are referred to partner service providers so they can quote and provide the service. The formal scope of service, delivery dates, responsibilities and terms are set by the quotation or service agreement you confirm with the service provider, and work is delivered on the dates set in the service agreement. Do the prices on the website count?
They are for reference only. All prices listed on the website are starting prices, and the final price is based on your quote. Actual prices depend on transaction volume, the state of your documents, industry, number of staff and the services you need, and are confirmed in a written quotation. Prices exclude service tax. If the service provider is SST-registered, 8% is added. Separately quoted items such as tax filing, audit and catch-up bookkeeping are not included in plan starting prices.
