What should you prepare before contacting us?
Ideally, have your company type, industry, monthly transaction volume, number of employees and how up to date your books are. Many owners start with "How much does bookkeeping cost?" We are happy to answer, but to quote accurately we need to know these basics first. Share whatever you have.
- Company type: Sdn Bhd or Enterprise
- Your business: retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, trading, clinic or other services
- Rough monthly transaction volume: count the lines on last month's bank statement
- Number of employees, and whether any are foreign workers
- Which month your books are done up to, and whether there is a backlog
- Whether you are registered for SST, and whether you are issuing e-Invoices
- Which accounting software you use now, or whether you still use Excel
- Financial year end (FYE)

Where are you? How do I send documents?
We mainly work online and serve all of Malaysia. We don't have a physical shopfront open to the public. You can send documents as WhatsApp photos, through Google Drive or via accounting software, and we communicate by WhatsApp, email or video call. If you need to hand over documents in person, this can be arranged separately with the partner team.
